The R.A.C.E. Veneer MPA system has been designed to
track and record every movement of veneer from grading
through to measuring to despatch.
The Veneer MPA system works with the
RACE Veneer Grading system All veneer is recorded
at the grading point, then measured using either existing
measuring equipment of RACE measuring equipment. Veneer
is allocated to orders or crates based on species, grade,
customer and length specifications set up by staff.
A barcode is applied to each product to ensure traceability
and accurate yield and production reporting. All data
recorded can be ported into any database or backoffice
system.
